1. Information We Collect
When you use ReplyWhy, we collect information you provide directly to us:
- Account Information: Name, work email address, workspace settings, and authentication credentials.
- Email Content for Analysis: Email subject lines, sender names, recipient details, and message bodies submitted for diagnostic scoring.
- Usage & Diagnostic Data: Analysis scores, friction points identified, follow-up generations, and credit consumption records.
- Payment Information: Billing data processed securely by third-party payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal). ReplyWhy does not store full card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Data
We process your data strictly to provide email intelligence services:
- Running 8-dimension cognitive audits using Google Gemini models.
- Generating response blocker diagnostics and follow-up templates.
- Managing your workspace credit ledger and subscription renewals.
- Providing historical reporting and trends across your outbound campaigns.
3. Email Data & AI Model Privacy
ReplyWhy does NOT sell, rent, or monetize your email content or recipient contact lists. Submitted emails are processed in transit and stored encrypted in our secure PostgreSQL database protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies.
Your proprietary email outreach is not used to train public foundation models.
4. Third-Party Integrations
When you choose to connect third-party services such as Google Workspace/Gmail, we access emails in read-only mode solely to import selected drafts or sent messages for diagnostic review. We never send emails on your behalf.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
You maintain full ownership of your analysis history. You may delete individual analyses, batch collections, or your entire account at any time from the application settings, which permanently purges associated email records from our active database.
